The Role:

To lead and develop the existing mid-week children and youth groups whilst investing in volunteers to enable our children and youth ministry to grow.
To ensure that all youth and children within Christ the Redeemer grow in their faith and explore their God-given gifts, and are equipped to share their faith with their peers.
To widen the reach of the church towards youth and children in Barnwell by providing them with regular opportunities to connect with the church to hear and respond to the gospel.
